Rules

These rules are for each patron's enjoyment and safety while within the attraction and on the premises. It is the responsibility of the patrons to read and follow these rules. Failure to do so could result in possible pre-mature removal from the attraction.

 

1. No refunds, no exceptions. If you chicken out or are found breaking the rules and are escorted out of the attraction, you will NOT receive a refund.

 

2. Children under 13 should be accompanied by an adult. Our scenes may be too graphic or scary for younger children, parental discretion is advised.

 

3.  This attraction is not recommended for people in wheelchairs, pregnant women, persons with heart, back, seizure, or breathing problems. IF at any time you feel faint, sick, or just want to leave, simply tell your guide and you will be led to the nearest exit.

 

4. No touching the actors, actors will not touch you. While our actors may be near you and look like they are going to attack, they will not touch you. Please do not grab, hit, slap, or otherwise harm them or you will be escorted out of the attraction.

 

5. No touching or grabbing of props. Except for a few places where customers have to walk through props (i.e. curtains, etc), please do not grab or touch props in scenes or on walls. Any destruction of property will result in removal and possible legal action.

 

6. Stay with your group. Our actors will try to "help" you along otherwise...

 

7. Aberdeen Fear Factory, their employees and volunteers are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while customers are on the property. Enter at your own risk.

 

8. No food or drink inside. There will be designated areas for food and drinks. We ask that customers finish all food and drink before entering the attraction.

 

9. No alcohol outside tent, NO exceptions. Not anywhere else on premises; including the parking lot.

 

10. No horse playing in the attraction or on premises. Aberdeen Fear Factory, their employees and volunteers are not responsible for any accidents caused by playing or disruptive behavior.

 

11. No weapons of any kind. This includes firearms, pocket knives, utility knives, peeper spray, etc. Please leave such items at home.

 

12. No pictures or video. Please do not video tape or take any pictures inside the attraction.

 

13. No cell phones. Please turn them off or leave them in your vehicle.

 

14. No flashlights or any other light sources. There are areas that are meant to be dark and foreboding.

 

15. No smoking, no matches or lighters in attraction or transport vehicles. No exceptions.

 

16. Aberdeen Fear Factory utilizes and monitors various security recording devices. Entry to this attraction gives permission for such recordings to be used in whatever manner we deem fit.

 

17. Above all else our most important rule: Have a killer time...
